Due to this change, you may notice a slight delay in the delivery of your SWQR Cards.
If you have not received your SWQR Card, we ask that you allow up to 15 working days (Monday-Friday), from the date you submitted the application form, before you contact us. This should allow enough time for the application to be processed and the card be printed and delivered. We can issue a Replacement SWQR Card, free of charge, after the 15 working days, and up to 3 months after the date the application was submitted. Any Replacement Cards ordered after the 3 months will be subject to the current fee.
