October 2021 update

Card Production

We are continuing to experience much higher-than-normal numbers of applications, therefore centres and candidates are likely to experience delays in cards being despatched.  Furthermore, due to our office location, we are anticipating possible disruption to our card production and despatch during the Conference of Parties (CoP) 26 from Sunday, 31 October – Friday, 12 November 2021.  https://ukcop26.org/

Digital Applications

Applications are being rejected because they do not meet the photographic requirements, or the applications have been completed incorrectly; Dates of Birth, Awarding Organisation numbers etc.

Please ensure that all photographs meet the requirements, and that data is accurate and complete, otherwise, applications will have to be resubmitted resulting in delays in cards being despatched.

Re-registration Cards (Northern Ireland & Wales)

Candidates applying for Re-registration cards are reminded that their cards are valid for 5 years, and they can apply to renew their cards anytime during that 5 years and up to 3 months after the card validity date.  If your card is no longer valid and has been invalid for more than 3 months you cannot renew it, you will need to undertake a completely new assessment.
