Please note this only applies to candidates working in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland
As from 6 April 2010, candidates who have been assessed in only the single units '002 - Signing, Lighting and Guarding' and/or '010 - Monitoring Signing, Lighting and Guarding' can apply to have their qualification registered with SWQR. Existing candidates that have previously gained the two single units can apply to have their unit registered with us for the first time using the new SWQR4 Form below. This form would be submitted to us with the appropriate fee, photograph and must include photocopies of the candidates' original Awarding Body certificates detailing the unit 002/010. All other historic qualifications can no longer be registered.
