SWQR Client/Customer Satisfaction Survey Results - 2009 (Posted 05 March 2010)
We would like to thank all the centres who took the time to complete the questionnaire regarding the level of service that we provide to our customers. You can find details of the results in the pdf document below. We are extremely pleased with these results and we will continue to deliver the level of service that you expect from us. We have detailed our actions points from the main responses from the survey below:
Request: Assessment centre details to be published on our website.
Action: We will make available details of all three Awarding Body assessment centres for the Street Works awards on our website by 1st May 2010.
Request: Street Works legislation details published on our website.
Action: We cannot publish the SWQR legislation on our website as we do not own the rights to these publications. We can however, post a link to the legislation material that is held on the Department for Transport (DfT) website which we will do by 1st May 2010.
